Job Description

As a Head Chef, you will manage the overall kitchen operations including, pruchase of food and its preparation, quality control, cleaning of equipment, etc.

Job Requirements

Overall responsibility for menu design and daily operations in the kitchen as well as managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs.
Liaise with purchasing companies for food orders.
Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food.
Producing menus and new dishes.
