Job Description

As a Head Chef, you will manage the overall kitchen operations including, pruchase of food and its preparation, quality control, cleaning of equipment, etc.

Responsabilities

  • Overall responsibility for menu design and daily operations in the kitchen as well as managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs.
  • Liaise with purchasing companies for food orders.
  • Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food.
  • Producing menus and new dishes.
