As a Consumer Scientist, you will support your company in evolving your customer strategy in order to understand as much as possible about the consumer and their behaviours.

Work closely with the business to identify opportunities to improve revenue generation, customer loyalty and campaign effectiveness, delivering actionable recommendations to address these.
Deliver in-depth analytical solutions, models, interpretation and segmentation that will impact on strategic and operational direction and improve campaign response rates.
Focus on increasing the value, quality and volume of our customer base using data insights.
Build and develop relationships with teams and individuals across the business to both facilitate information gathering and provide analytical support when required.
