As an Executive Assistant, you will manage multiple diaries, book travel and manage expenses, aswell as other ad-hoc tasks. The focus will be on supporting a Managing Director, with lighter support to the team.
Job Requirements
Assisting with all aspects of member relations, including getting to know the members and helping them with queries
Compiling minutes within meetings with suppliers/associations/boards/committees/working groups and biannual member meetings
Expense/invoice supplier approval management.
Including collation and circulation of materials for meetings, maintenance and follow up of action tracker; record keeping and ensuring all necessary filings are made accurately and within required time limitations
