Job Description

As a Company Secretary, you will establish best governance and company secretarial practice across the business. You will have a strategic position within the business and be expected to advise on governance matters.

Job Requirements

Updating, maintenance and safekeeping of the company registers
Processing and filing of minutes from directors’ and shareholders’ meetings
Raise invoices on behalf of the firm, and collecting bills aswell as deal with incoming/outgoing postage.
Keep up to date with company law, monitoring changes in regulation and acting on it accordingly.
