Job Description

As a Company Secretary, you will establish best governance and company secretarial practice across the business. You will have a strategic position within the business and be expected to advise on governance matters.

Responsabilities

  • Updating, maintenance and safekeeping of the company registers
  • Processing and filing of minutes from directors’ and shareholders’ meetings
  • Raise invoices on behalf of the firm, and collecting bills aswell as deal with incoming/outgoing postage.
  • Keep up to date with company law, monitoring changes in regulation and acting on it accordingly.
