Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will provide extensive support to customers and a high level of service at all times.

Responsabilities

• Liaising with customers when necessary to clarify order details or to confirm delivery addresses
• Ensuring stock is available to meet customer requirements and forwarding orders to the Warehouse
• Assisting with investigating any complaints received and ensuring a resolution is found promptly
• Cleaning the store and ensuring health & safety standards are upheld at all times.
