As an A&R Scout, you’ll bring up-and-coming music talent to the attention of the A&R departments.

Responsabilities

• Seek out potential musical talent that could be prosperous in the music industry and make the record label a good amount of profit.
• Stay up to date with trends within the industry and be aware of all important industry news.
• Travel to concerts to watch artists, research via social media, streaming services, music blogs, etc.
• Liaising with A&R executives and managers to deliberate on talent spotted.
