Job Description

As an A&R Director, you’ll run a department responsible for sourcing and identifying great artists and help them with the creation of their music.

Job Requirements

Reporting to the board of directors of the company & handling the budget & performance for the company.
Managing the department targets/goals, retaining talented artists/writers & hiring new staff.
Represent the company by attending meetings, concerts, open mic shows, conferences and other events.
Hold workshops and gather feeback from team to further the acquisition strategy for the company.
