As an A&R Director, you’ll run a department responsible for sourcing and identifying great artists and help them with the creation of their music.

Responsabilities

• Reporting to the board of directors of the company & handling the budget & performance for the company.
• Managing the department targets/goals, retaining talented artists/writers & hiring new staff.
• Represent the company by attending meetings, concerts, open mic shows, conferences and other events.
• Hold workshops and gather feeback from team to further the acquisition strategy for the company.
