Job Requirements
Source, sign and develop artists and writers across records, publishing and management.
Discover new artists through internal and external A&R data tools, websites and streaming services.
Represent the company by attending meetings, concerts, open mic shows, conferences and other events.
Hold workshops and gather feeback from team to further the acquisition strategy for the company.
