As an AML manager, you will leverage your skills and experience in monitoring and controlling the firms risk and AML compliance with managing a team of AML analysts.
Job Requirements
Working with clients of the business to ensure unnderstanding of the firm's AML policy.
Manage & lead the AML team in their day-to-day activities and suggest which clients should and should not be worked with to the wider business, as a result of the AML reviews.
Partake in risk reviews of the AML space alongside the MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) to ensure the FCC framework is at its highest level.
Support the team, providing guidance and advice to them to ensure a clear approach to AML & KYC procedures.
