As a Venue Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the concert in question.

Responsabilities

• Improve the productivity of the team and streamline venue procedures to maximise performance levels and revenue.
• Training the team to ensure they are brand ambassadors and have impeccable customer service.
• Develop and implement new sales plans to increase branch sales, assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities.
• Oversee the branches invoice system, chasing client payments by liaising with the finance team on a daily basis to ensure payments have been made.
• Improve the productivity of the team and streamline venue procedures to maximise performance levels and revenue.
