As an Events Manager, you will take part in the planning phase of events, doing research, identifying target audience, defining objectives, KPIs and strategies and securing licenses, permits and sponsorships.
Job Requirements
Take care of the end-to-end logistics of events to ensure successful execution, including internal kick-off, staffing, budgeting, pre-event campaigns, and actual event experience.
Search for and negotiate with event suppliers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure proper promotion of events and drive lead generation and attendance.
Make sure events run within budget, and that evaluation will be done after the event to make sure it meets objectives and problem areas are identified to avoid/prevent them in later events.
