Job Description

As a lobbyist, you will liaise with members of parliament and other public officers, persuading them to support regulations & laws that are favourable for your client’s interest.

Responsabilities

  • Study proposed legislation to determine possible effect on interests of the client.
  • Liasie with regulators, MPs & public officers to emphasise supposed weaknesses or merits of specific laws/regulations more favourable to your client's interests.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings between MPS, regulators and public officers to respond to membership concerns.
  • Contact regulatory agencies and testify at public hearings to enlist support for client’s interests.
