Responsabilities
Analysing the organisation's efficiency by studying its needs, its business model, its workflows, and its technological systems. Making recommendations to the business in projects that will improve business efficiency
Describe the current architecture by investigating its components and how they are organised within a system
Identify problems and opportunities within the business and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals;
Help the Business evaluate existing systems and provide advice on how to meet organisational requirements and future needs
