As a Health & Safety Manager, you will support the monitorying of workplaces and the investigation of incidents, with a ‘management’ approach to problem solving as well as to improve the Health & Safety skills of your workforce.
Job Requirements
Creating and implementing innovative ideas to engage, communicate and drive change within the projects to improve health and safety performance
Leading on health and safety and engaging with the workforce across sites, implementing health and safety policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Conducting training, toolbox talks, inductions and investigating incidents where required
Undertaking audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on the findings
