As a Funeral Director, you will be the first point of contact for bereaved families and conduct funerals, overseeing all who will be be participating in the process.
Responsabilities
Take a full brief of the families wishes for their loved one with empathy and rapport
Full organisation of a funeral, includes all details from location, to ordering flowers, booking services, arranging ministers etc
Guide and advise families through the experience of organising a funeral.
Support customers through other funeral related services such as preparing ashes plots for interment of cremated remains, arranging masonry orders, offering funeral pre-payment plans for example.
