As an Account Manager, you will take on multiple existing accounts and meet with the clients associated with those accounts, ensuring they receive the products & services they are looking for.
Responsabilities
Provide the accounts executives with a better understanding of how they can fully satisfy their clients.
Managing the communication flow between customers and project teams.
Nurturing positive long-term relationships with clients by providing aftercare once the service/product is delivered.
Take an ownership role in development of initial proposal/timeline/budget and manage implementation through to final delivery.
