Provide case management and advice for employees starting work, returning to work or in work to help them achieve their potential

Conduct high quality assessments / specialist assessments across all disability types to determine the support needs of the client

Identify and resolve funding issues, through liaising in depth with Access to Work and suppliers.

Work within the wider team to minimise disability related risks to the client. Risks must be highlighted to enable them to be mitigated
