Job Description

As a Disability Advisor, you will provide specialist pan disability advice to disabled people.

Responsabilities

• Provide case management and advice for employees starting work, returning to work or in work to help them achieve their potential
• Conduct high quality assessments / specialist assessments across all disability types to determine the support needs of the client
• Identify and resolve funding issues, through liaising in depth with Access to Work and suppliers.
• Work within the wider team to minimise disability related risks to the client. Risks must be highlighted to enable them to be mitigated
