Job Requirements
Determine the nature of the issue that the vulnerable person has by means of active listening.
Helping to develop a plan or strategy with the vulnerable person to achieve their desired outcome.
Ensuring their rights are secure when it comes to accessing appropriate information and services that aid them.
Ensuring people are involved in their own care and support planning and provide them with a practical means to achieve it too.
