As a Building Surveyor, you will deliver a full spectrum of building surveying services including design and specification, contract administration, building surveys, pathology, party wall advice and dilapidations.
Responsabilities
Carry out measured surveys of existing buildings or sites and produce full survey drawings.
Produce outline design proposals, full working drawings and/or details.
Assist in the administration of specific projects, the preparation of tender documents, feasibility reports & the specification and/or employer's requirements.
Provide project related assistance to the project team and assist in professional services.
