Job Description

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will manage large survey programmes and demonstrate an interest in the commercial success of projects.

Responsabilities

• Contribute to the strategic plans for the business and help maintain and develop business for the future.
• Take responsibility for the management of client and project teams to deliver building surveying services profitably and on time.
• Deliver projects from inception to completion with the minimum of supervision to meet the project objectives in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other service streams, sectors and the wider business to provide combined and innovative solutions improving our commercial advantage
