As a Logistics Analyst, you will act as a subject matter expert for all internal operational stakeholders working on key international and national accounts, also supporting customer satisfaction.
Responsabilities
Act as the first level internal operations escalation, logistics analysis and key account management support for any process related question, problem or other issue.
Map current internal processes whilst also supporting implementation of new procedures
Establish/Ensure excellent customer care: e.g. analyse and identify recurring internal process failures/issues and problems and report these to the respective process owne
Support Key Account Managers, with logistics analysis and solutions design and identification of opportunities for process improvement.
