Job Description

As a Head of Equality, you will develop key diversity priorities, initiatives and projects for the whole business to ensure they remain aligned.

Responsabilities

  • Implementing equality, diversity and inclusion legislation and delivering large scale programmes of work.
  • Analysing data and writing or making an extensive contribution to board or committee reports with proposed recommendations.
  • Working with staff and patients/customers in tackling discrimination.
  • Understanding of discrimination legislation, significant experience of developing, managing and evaluating equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
