As a Head of Equality, you will develop key diversity priorities, initiatives and projects for the whole business to ensure they remain aligned.
Job Requirements
Implementing equality, diversity and inclusion legislation and delivering large scale programmes of work.
Analysing data and writing or making an extensive contribution to board or committee reports with proposed recommendations.
Working with staff and patients/customers in tackling discrimination.
Understanding of discrimination legislation, significant experience of developing, managing and evaluating equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
