Job Description

As a Fundraising Manager, you will identify new fundraising opportunities and manage the fundraising team appropiately.

Responsabilities

• Achieve the fundraising income targets as agreed
• Ensure a pipeline of business is built and kept up to date
• Develop the fundraising strategy with the Director and manage the team's expenditure budget (with the Director's oversight)
• Manage the fundraising team including conducting regular one to ones and annual appraisals
