As a Firefighter, you will respond quickly to distress calls and requests for assistance involving fires, accidents and other types of incidents.
Responsabilities
Ensure all emergency equipment is in a state of readiness, making sure they are clean, working and tested as required to approved standards.
Take part in continuous training programmes involving excercises, simulated incidents, practice drill sessions and other forms of training to make sure competence levels are high.
Provide general fire safety advice and guidance to the community through a variety of safety initiatives, which in turn will reduce the number of fire incidents that occur.
Practice and promote Health & Safety standards through out the business.
