As a Dietitian, you will provide patients with dietetic support for a range of conditions (Diabetes, Malnutrition, etc.), within a variety of settings (nursing homes, care homes, outpatient clinics, etc).
Job Requirements
Effectively manage a dietetic caseload.
Deal with oral nutrition support/malnutrition
Deliver training and supervision to health and wellbeing coaches and be involved in the internal qualitative assessment framework.
