Job Description

As a Caretaker, you will carry out general day-to-day maintenance duties across the estate (painting, changing lightbulbs, etc).

Responsabilities

• Undertaking general maintenance externally, including (but not limited to) operation and maintenance of grounds equipment.
• Cleaning duties, including (but not limited to) emptying bins, litter picking, etc.
• Undertaking Planned and Reactive Maintenance, carrying out minor repairs internally and externally.
