Job Profile

As a Caretaker, you will carry out general day-to-day maintenance duties across the estate (painting, changing lightbulbs, etc).

Undertaking general maintenance externally, including (but not limited to) operation and maintenance of grounds equipment.

Cleaning duties, including (but not limited to) emptying bins, litter picking, etc.

Undertaking Planned and Reactive Maintenance, carrying out minor repairs internally and externally.
