As a Building Service Engineer, you will design, install and service maintain systems and equipment that allow a building to be more energy-efficient and cost-effective.
Responsabilities
Plan, design, monitor and inspect building systems.
Liaise with clients and architects on the buildings services and advice them on more cost-effect and energy-efficient means.
Negotiate and develop project contracts with clients.
Manage and forecast spending and ensure work is kept to a budget aswell as commissioning, organising and assessing contractor's work.
