Job Description

As a Biomedical scientist, you will carry out a number of laboratory and scientific tests to support the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Responsabilities

• Screen diseases, identify those caused by bacteria and viruses
• Monitor the effects of medication and other treatments on these diseases.
• Work with computers, complex automated equipment, microscopes and other hi-tech laboratory equipment.
• Specialise in one of three areas; infection sciences, blood sciences & cellular sciences.
