As an agricultural lawyer, you will provide useful advice and support for the environment, agricultural labour, land use, pesticide use, seed issues amongst others.
Responsabilities
Assist farmers in the pkanning phase needed in order to help preserve farms for future generations.
Obtain licences and permits for agricultural entities that they'll need in order to operate. Eg. corporation setup, partnership setup, etc.
Provide information to those within the agricultural industry on employment and labour laws.
